I haven't had a good nights sleep in like 3 days. I'll sleep for 2 hours then be all awake. Then I get sleepy after a few hours. 2 days ago I fell asleep at 9 in the morning, woke up at 2. Last night I slept around midnight, 2 hours. It is 1 in the afternoon and I haven't slept. SATAN AND SLEEP ARE THE SAME FUCKING THING, I SWEAR.

Do more exercise, that helps a lot with sleeping.

Do you have a lot going on? Usually I find that's the problem with me when I can't sleep. Or if I don't know the place very well I can't sleep. Try listening to some chill out music in the background
