When I get scratched cds in the mail.

Very Good status on Amazon should not mean cd has smudges, scratches, and dirt. When the NzY buys a Very Good status cd on the internet, he expects a healthy cd! BUT IT IS A LIE! SOME SELLERS, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RATE A STATUS OF A CD WHICH MAKES THE NZY RAGE.
When a CD is too scratched, smudged, etc. The NzY is forced to buy the same cd again, which is not scratched or damaged. Why do they do this to The NzY? What did he ever do to deserve such treatment?

Isn't there some guarantee or something that you can get from Amazon itself? If the item doesn't fit the description I'm pretty sure you can make a claim or something for your money back from the seller or from Amazon itself.
