As of October 25th, 2011, in consensus with most of the members, we woefully announce that The Professionals as a clan will no longer exist, as a result of the failure in maintaining the clan's activity. We have come to a point in time where we just cannot be concerned anymore, for a number of different reasons, and we feel we already have accomplished what we set ourselves to do with the clan. Eventually, everything comes to an end, and it is time for us to move on.

This, however, does not mean The Professionals will cease to be; it will merely stop working as a clan. From now on it will continue more akin to a friends group, this means that competition will no longer be a goal, assuring our actual few active members the option to join other clans, and permitting us to return, although unlikely, to the competitive scene in the future if we are able to.

The Professional members still maintain connection daily, and the forum will still be functional.

Furthermore, we would like to express our most sincere appreciation and gratitude to all the people in the community that supported the clan throughout the years, it has been most enjoyable to play with you all.
