Does anyone know how to do it? I tried downloading IDE and when I get the zipped folder and preapare to unzip it, I get this message: "Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, download it again." So I downloaded it again and same message pops up. help, anyone?

Win7 is a pain in the ass until you learn its ways... I'm still learning... it has some enhancements over XP, but, at the same time it just complicates a lot of things that were working fine before.

Anyways, I think this is related to the software you are using for zip files, as Remmi stated; get a full version of Winrar, 7-zip, or the like Smile.

It's most likely a corrupted download, since you're using your neighbours' shitty network.

Things didn't go as planned and I somehow ended up with my pants down to my knees and getting whipped with a wet towel... : <

A more simple solution would be... just download the archive again.
No idea about your neighbour. Learn karate?
